RRR Radio: Live Presenting and Technical Producing
Completed two shifts in the RRR Radio newsroom at RMIT, producing high quality news stories for print, online and broadcast platforms in a deadline-driven environment. Experienced a professional environment in a range of editorial roles, making management decisions, pitching workable and achievable ideas, writing in radio style, using software and hardware broadcast equipment, presenting live on air, taking part in pre-production and post-production work, and working collaboratively with my peers. Wrote and created content for various topics and mediums.
Conducted editorial meetings with staff members to collaborate and review proposed publication suggestions.
Proofread, edited and evaluated final copy to verify content aligned with established guidelines.
